The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. All returns must include original receipt. Returned products must be in the condition you received them, complete and in the original packaging. All boxes returned with tape or labels on the original box are subject to a $5.00 service charge. All boxes returned without the original box are subject to a $10.00 service charge. All shipping information must be included with any returns.
